These terms apply to your use of luckandleisure.co and any purchase from Luck & Leisure Co., the trade name of El Frederico, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a product we can't make. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. We do our best to show accurate prices. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you before processing the order, or cancel it.

3. Made-to-order products

Each item is made to order. Small variations in stitch, thread color and placement are normal and are part of a hand-finished product, not defects. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the finished piece. Some lifestyle and model images on our site and in our ads are created with AI tools to show how pieces can be styled. The people shown are not real. Product images show the actual design, color and embroidery placement of the item you'll receive.

4. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Our Shipping Policy and Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy are part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives your package.

5. Promotions and gift cards

Promo codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may expire. Gift cards don't expire and can't be redeemed for cash except where the law requires it.

6. Reviews and content you submit

When you post a review, photo or comment, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share it, including in marketing, with credit where practical. Please keep it honest and about your own experience. We publish all genuine reviews, positive and negative. We remove a review only if it is unlawful, obscene, harassing, contains personal information, or is unrelated to the product, and we apply that standard the same way to every review.

7. Intellectual property

The Luck & Leisure name, logos, crests, original designs and site text are owned by or licensed to Luck & Leisure Co. (El Frederico, LLC) and are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws. The site's content, including its images, is provided for your personal shopping use only. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes attempting unauthorized access, scraping, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything unlawful.

9. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is," except for any warranties the law requires us to give, and our commitment to replace defective items as described in our returns policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Any changes apply to orders placed after the new date at the top.
